About the Teacher

Monica Bright

Nervous System, Chronic Pain & Injuries - taught throughout Vinyasa, Deep Stretch, Yoga Nidra, Yin, Restorative, Mobility, and Self Massage classes.

Monica is a master yoga teacher with over 2000 hours of training in yoga & human movement and continues to cultivate a deep love for the human body. Monica has co-led multiple Yoga Teacher Trainings, owns an online yoga studio, offers courses for students & teachers and mentors teachers on the nervous system, understanding pain, and injuries prevalent in yoga. She leads anatomy trainings and hosts international yoga retreats. Monica has taken the skills she’s acquired in yoga and education and combined them to create a career that teaches students and teachers on a deeper level so that yoga becomes a life-long practice for all.
