About the Teacher

Megan Peters

Yoga, strength + mobility

Megan is the founder of Surf Salutations, a wellness community rooted in balance, strength, and mindful movement. After experiencing burnout in a high-stress tech sales career and being diagnosed with autoimmune conditions in her twenties, she was guided toward a more sustainable approach to health. Living in Sydney for six years, she embraced a slower lifestyle and began teaching yoga. Now based in Oceanside, California, Megan integrates strength and stretch into her work, creating supportive, well-rounded experiences that help others reconnect, reset, and feel their best.
