Randelle Lusk is a seasoned yoga teacher, certified coach, and somatics educator with 15+ years of experience in the wellness space. She’s the founder of Rare Method™—a somatic-informed mind, movement, breath, and self-inquiry practice designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional wisdom, and lasting change. Her classes blend flow yoga, dynamic breathwork, somatic techniques, cathartic release and intentional pause. Known for curating transformational retreats, Randelle creates spaces for deep connection, healing, and heartfelt, human moments.
