About the Teachers

Emily Chandra

Owner & Founder of Seacoast Stilettos

Emily Chandra is the founder of Seacoast Stilettos, an inclusive dance movement focused on helping people from all backgrounds reclaim their power through dance. With her signature Seacoast Stilettos classes Emily serves empowerment and community along with hype at her home venue in Massachusetts, as well as studios, nightclubs, and other venues throughout the Northeast. Emily has a BA in dance from Dean College and has also studied at the Ailey School in New York City. Her work has been featured on NBC Boston and The Anything For Love, and Bold Like Her podcasts.

Samantha Mendonca

Empowerment Coach, Sex Educator & RYT 200

Samantha is a gender fluid, Queer, sex educator and empowerment coach who has worked closely with Seacoast Stilettos since the beginning. In Samantha’s classes you can expect to find empowerment through their embodied confidence lessons.
