About the Teachers

Marla Aranda

200-RYT, Pranayama Teacher & Reiki Level 2 Practitioner

Marla's yoga journey began during a major life transition when she left her corporate career in Baltimore to return to Columbus. Slowing down, she deepened her practice, rediscovering herself and embracing vulnerability. This led to an internal awakening, transforming how she understood and managed her emotions. Marla's practice taps into her inner magic and healing, empowering students to do the same. Through intuitive practice, pranayama, and challenging asanas, she creates a nurturing space for self-exploration and support, both on and off the mat.

Nicole Klasa

500-ERYT + YACEP, Vinyasa & Kundalini, Pranayama & Meditation Teacher

Nicole's relationship with yoga began casually in high school and deepened profoundly in college during a period of grief and change. Yoga became her sanctuary, offering solace, healing, and empowerment. With over a decade of teaching experience and two 500-ERYT + YACEP certifications, Nicole's vibrant classes blend the modern and ancient wisdom of hatha, power vinyasa, and kundalini yogas with breathwork and meditation. For Nicole, yoga is a vital tool for self-discovery and everyday vitality.
