About the Teacher

Casey Haase

Strength, fitness and recovery

Casey is the owner of Beyond Fitness, a community-focused studio offering small group training including TRX, bootcamp, yoga, dance fitness, and personal training. Her approach centers on providing the personalized feel of one-on-one coaching in an accessible, supportive group setting. Casey is passionate about building genuine relationships and connecting women with resources both inside and outside the gym. Through her work, she creates an environment of unconditional support, empowering clients to prioritize their health, build confidence, and feel connected wherever they are in their wellness journey.
