Retreat Dates

Please join me in the tranquil village of Quimixto, just outside of Puerto Vallarta, for a week of yoga, sun, relaxation, and nourishment of the soul. This retreat is designed to help you find your way back to that true and quiet place within yourself, free from the obligations of your everyday life. We will greet the day with an all levels, energizing flow class, and close it with a relaxing restorative, or gentle hatha class. You will have plenty of free time throughout the day to enjoy the many activities in the area, or to simply relax, nestled in oasis of the beach and surrounding jungle.

About the Teacher

Flow and Hatha Yoga

I began my yoga journey 24 years ago back when I was a theatre student. I am a 500 hour instructor of Hatha and Flow yoga, teacher trainer, and mentor to new teachers. I recently started my journey as a restorative instructor to better help my students, (and myself!) get to a state of pure relaxation and presence. I offer alignment based asana classes to educate you about your body and heighten your physical experience in this world. Like the mind, the body has patterns and we can become aware of those patterns in order to create balance; giving our attention to the places that need strength, and to the places that need mobility and space.
