Jen is the owner of Flight Room Aerial Yoga & Fitness, with four thriving aerial yoga studios in Seattle. Flight Room has led transformative international retreats everywhere from right here at Xinalani (this will be our 6th Xinalani escape!) to Hawaii, Costa Rica, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Bali and more. With numerous yoga and fitness certifications and almost a decade of experience teaching and mentoring students, Jen creates welcoming, empowering spaces where people of all backgrounds can discover the joy of aerial movement.
