Strength, Mobility, and Athleticism

Devon is a movement coach with over 16 years of experience as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and vinyasa yoga teacher. His approach blends strength, mobility, and functional movement to help people move the way the body was designed to. Devon is passionate about building strong, resilient bodies while improving mobility, balance, and overall athleticism. His classes focus on intentional movement, proper mechanics, and helping people feel stronger, more capable, and more connected to their bodies.

Chris Amador

Natural Movement, Kettlebells

Chris is a strength and movement coach with a passion for kettlebell training and natural movement. His approach focuses on building real world strength, coordination, and athleticism through efficient, full body training. By combining kettlebells with natural movement patterns, Chris helps people develop power, resilience, and better body awareness. His coaching style emphasizes quality movement, durability, and helping clients move stronger and more confidently in everyday life.
