About the Teachers

Pam Smith

Pilates/Barre

Pam Smith is currently teaching TRX Intervals, Ballet Barre and Body Conditioning. She received her AFFA in 2010. She also holds her Certification in Barre Basics, along with multiple other Group Fitness categories. When Pam isn’t teaching or working out, she loves spending time with her family. She and Bill recently celebrated 50 years of marriage! She has two grown sons, 4 biological grand kids and 4 bonus grand kids. Pam and her family love camping, boating and taking family trips. Pam is passionate about Jesus, family, friends, and fitness.

Lisa Waddle

Yoga

Lisa is an E-RYT 500 hour teacher with 11 years of experience. She specializes in flow, gentle, and yin yoga. She also offers sound healing, meditation, and breathing practices to help her students ground and become present.
