My work is rooted in supporting women as they reconnect with themselves and learn how to care for their bodies, their energy, and their lives in a way that truly feels aligned.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. What I believe in is creating spaces where women can slow down, listen inward, and discover the practices and tools that support them in moving forward with greater health, clarity, and self-trust.
Some of the most powerful moments happen when women gather together in a supportive space—sharing, learning, and remembering that they are not alone in this season of life.
For many years, I felt disconnected from myself. I was uncomfortable in my own skin, hesitant to use my voice, and often dimmed parts of who I was to fit in. Over time, through the practices I now share with others, I began a journey of coming back to myself—learning to trust my voice, honor my body, and live more fully in alignment with who I truly am.
That journey is what inspires this retreat.
I believe that when we decide to put ourselves back on the list and invest in our own wellbeing, everything begins to shift.
I’m so excited to once again create this space for women to gather, step away from their daily roles, explore practices that nourish them, and return home feeling more connected, clear, and aligned in the life they are creating.
