Joining a yoga retreat is a gift of pause, an opportunity to breathe and reconnect. Our practice will be progressive, safe, and mindful, with an emphasis on precision in each asana, all within a natural setting surrounded by beach, ocean sounds, and gentle sea breeze. The body grows stronger, the mind becomes quieter, and the soul feels light and clear, free from distraction. A true delight.

Minimum of 2 years of yoga experience required.

About the Teacher

Tesy Ades

Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher Level 3 (CIYT), Yoga Therapy Practitioner, Director of The Iyengar Yoga Room México

Tesy has been practicing yoga for 27 years and teaches at her studio, The Iyengar Yoga Room México, where she offers both group classes and Yoga Therapy sessions.

She has attended the Iyengar Institute in India on multiple occasions, studying directly with the Iyengar family.

Her retreats are thoughtfully designed to cultivate balance between strength and flexibility. Practices include fluid sequences and intelligent preparation to support mobility in each posture, fostering a state of unity between body, mind, and soul. Undoubtedly, yoga significantly enhances quality of life.
